I'm back!

Many of you may not even have realized I was gone, LOL!
I attended the Collins Group Trade show this past weekend.
Four days FILLED with classes, seminars and make and takes.

I was extremely excited to meet Alma, from the Cat's Pajamas Rubber Stamps.
I've been a customer for many years and it was nice to put a face to the company. She is super sweet and a really talented artist and designer.
Check out this cute card. I was fortunate enough to take her class, wait till you see what we made! I'll have all my goodies displayed at the shop.

The ever popular Tim Holtz taught at this event. I took one of his classes, 45 students in the class! It's crazy how popular Tim is!
I also got to meet Claudine Helmouth designer from Ranger. You may recognize her name from some of the newer Ranger products. She is super sweet.

And look who else was there! I had a great time catching up with Stacy from StacyStamps.
She has some great new designs. And she has switched from wood to cling!

Stampendous was there...

One of my favorite classes was from Mitra at Impression Obsesession. She taught a brand new technique. Check out these beautiful cars we made...

I also took a class from JustRite Stampers, they have some brand new releases and a terrific catalog and idea book. We made 3 cards using all new stamps, here is one of them...

I had a great time, and hope that I can go to their show in the spring. This show is so much better than CHA! One on one time with the vendors and artisits.
I met alot of other store owners, swapped ideas and class ideas.
One thing that struck me, was how few cards most store owners include in their classes. On average most do 4 cards for $25! That will never happen at Creative Creations!
This would be a good time to remind you about our upcoming Stamp Camp. November 6th from 10am till 5pm. Make 30 cards and lunch for $55. Great deal, don'tcha think?
